I have colon pain, I stop eating meat and bread, even if I still have pain from colon?
I have haemorrhoids / anal fissure. Sometimes I bleed when I the bathroom, and I have two strengths pains, sometimes when I'm not even in the bathroom and did not want to go. But some say that you should stop eating foods that may irritate you. But I do not think that has to do with it, it hurts if I eat meat or vegetables they eat. so, should continue to eat meat and bread is ok?
