Mortality rates in 13 original colonies?

I have to do a project on mortality rates in the 13 colonies from 1607 to 1775, and I could not find much information about it. I do not need specific rates for each colony, only a general idea colonies of New England (MA, NH, CT, RI), the Middle Colonies (NY, DE, PA, NJ), and colonies of the South (VA, MD, NC, SC, GA). Please help! Thank you.

Here is a table of population estimates from 1610 to 1780 .. is the state. I could not find something on mortality and mortality rates, so I suppose you could use this as a last result. http://web.viu.ca/davies/H320/population.colonies.htm
