There are many causes of cancer. It is a very complicated process, but it can become a lifestyle, chronic inflammation, infection, and genes.

This process regulates chromatin structure through DNA methylation, histone variants, posttranslational modifications, the factors of nucleosome positioning or chromatin loop and domain organization.

How can this cause Cancer? Well, if a tumor suppressor gene is abnormally closed or an oncogene is activated, the carcinogenesis may occur. A key gene expression is abnormal methylation of the genome. To go further, an explanation of terms is necessary.

The DNA contains four bases: adenine, guanine, cytosine, thymidine, but there is fifth methylated cytosine. DNA methyltransferase (Dnmt) product methyl-cytosine, guanine, where cytokines precede (GIC). CpG areas are not symmetrical but clustered in CpG islands located in regions promoter. The promoter region is the region at the beginning of a gene that controls the initiation of gene transcription. If the promoter is off, then the gene is expressed Nevers.
